'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Owls Smash And Grab 3 Points?

Paul Sturrock says the 1-0 against Norwich was all a part of the 'swings and roundabouts' of football adding that the win might have been viewed as a 'smash and grab' by Norwich fans. Viewed as 3 valuable points by us though!

Chris Brunt scored 11 minutes from the end to add to the pressures on Norwich manager Worthington.

'It's swings and roundabouts. I've been to games where we've walked away with less than we should have got but for a change my team listened to me.'

Talking about on loan Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor:

'He gave us a different option. When you're under the cosh, to have him around to slide in down the channels is a great benefit. He's a young laddie but he showed some guts and did all the right things.'
