Sahar Deal Complete

Young Chelsea hot-shot Ben Sahar has finally completed his loan move to Wednesday after signing an initial one-month loan at Hillsborough this morning.

Sahar will go straight in to the Owls' squad to face Cardiff City at Hillsborough on Saturday and is expected to go straight in to the starting eleven.

And Owls boss Brian Laws was delighted to finally get his man to bolster the Wednesday attack.

He told the official SWFC site: 'Ben Sahar is a young player but he has played for Chelsea and he has played for Israel at full international level so we know he has plenty of quality.

'I am delighted to welcome Ben to Sheffield Wednesday and I am sure he will show our supporters that he is a very capable striker.

Having to ask players to come out of their comfort zone is not always easy but the fact that Ben wants to come here and show us what he is all about tells us he is coming here for the right reasons.'

Was concerned because of his attitude but I've been saying for ages that we need a selfish striker who's focused on scoring and maybe this could be the chap.
