Norwich Tickets Like Hot Cakes

Wednesday fans have been snapping up their reduced-price tickets for the crucial final match of the season against Norwich City on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 2pm).

The Owls announced reduced ticket prices for the clash with the Canarie to give Wednesday a '12th man' to hlep them grab a crucial win to keep their Championship status in tact.

And Wednesday fans have been flocking down to the Hillsborouch ticket office to purchase their tickets, with the club having also agreed to remove netting on both the north and south stands to allow more fans in to the ground.

Norwich fans will also be flocking in their numbers to take advantage of the reduced prices, while the Carrow Road club are also offering reduced coach travel to the clash - which could draw the biggest attendance in the Championship this season.

And with reports of only single tickets being available in certain parts of the ground, Wednesday fans are being encouraged to get their tickets sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

I couldn't agree more, people may be fans but they're not stupid, clubs can push loyalty only so far. Look what happened to Leeds when they hiked prices, crowds of 16000 and relegation. Time to be brave and consider value for money for football fans, all fans, and get people back into football, bums on seats always equals success.

Read this - http://www.swfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/0,,10304~1301729,00.html - lecturing us like little school children again - NOT GOOD PR WEDNESDAY, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO REALIZE THIS?

hardly as bad as ur makin out is it!! some people are obviously havin a pop at the staff n thats not on!! iv seen it n something should be said!!

Only restricted view tickets remain for Sunday's game but what will the capacity of Hillsborough be?? The corner won't be open due to safety reasons and I doubt whether they've taken away ALL of the netting...I reckon capacity of 35,000 and Norwich will have a few tickets left over.

Future's Blue N White - you should apply for a job in Wednesday's PR department because you are good at licking boots. Seriously, you must work at the club in some capacity, right? However, judging by your posts, it sounds like you have the mental capacity of a 5-year-old child so you might be overqualified.

Plus - if the staff can't handle it then get some more in the office. This club is riddled by incompetence, I hope the new owners recognise the fact and make changes. Cutting the prices for Sunday is the only good decision they have made on an administrative level in about 3 or 4 years, it's not good enough for a club of this size.

I can never believe they don't have more than about 3 kiosks open at once - I've queued for about an hour almost everytime I've been down this season. No excuse for abusing staff though - it's the club not them! Think all these extra tickets being sold is great but hope it doesn't dilute the atmophere like it felt like it did for Leicester last week - full ground but many who just turned up cos of cheap tickets and didn't realise they were meant to sing their hearts out!
SuperOwls
It took me 25 minutes to queue fora pie last time, missed at least 10 minutes of the second half - all because they had employed some fat 13-year-old boy who didn't know how to work the till and couldn't count change.

All sold out now, good job i got mine yesterday!
will it ever happen

FUTURES BLUE N WHITE
Yep, I have got my 2 tickets and I cannot wait.
Smurf
Can you explain to me what "putting a pie" means? Your level of intellect is below my comprehension.
