1000-Up!

1000-Up!

Wednesday fans are packing out sold out Hillsborough for the vital clash with Norwich City on Sunday, and Vital Sheffield Wednesday also has reason to celebrate this week.

This afternoon (Wednesday) we had our 1000th member sign up to Vital Sheffield Wednesday - quite an achievement considering the website was only started up two years ago.

We've enjoyed a rapid increase in membership this season, despite the Owls' poor form (maybe the Owls' struggling brings out the best in you!), mainly thanks to the continued growth in our community, both on the message forum and on the article comments.

The Owls' drama-packed season both on and off the pitch has certainly got you all talking, and there's a real buzz around the forums on Vital Sheffield Wednesday, especially considering the latest takeover talk and fight for survival.

And the growth is all down to you - the fans - and your input in to the site both article-wise, and in your discussions on the message forums.

So here's to the next 1000 members, who'll hopefully be talking about better times at S6 - but don't let that put you off!

UP THE OWLS!
