Leeds, Donny, Southend, Carlisle?

Leeds, Donny, Southend, Carlisle?

So, Wednesday have secured their place in the Championship for next season - but who do you want to join them from League One next season?

Swansea City took the League by storm to achieve promotion and be on a level playing field with their Welsh rivals Cardiff City next term, while Nottingham Forest finally made their way out of the division thanks to a final day victory over Yeovil at the City Ground.

Forest's victory meant that Owls' local rivals Doncaster Rovers had to settle for a place in the play-offs after they failed to overcome Cheltenham Town on Saturday.

Rovers joined Carlisle United, Leeds United and Southend United in the play-off battle, and we've opened up a poll to see who, ideally, you'd like to see promoted to take on Wednesday next season.

We've all been there, we saw Wednesday put in a top-drawer performance to overcome Brentford in the semi-finals as Paul Sturrock steered Wednesday out of League One thanks to a victory over Hartlepool in the final at Cardiff in 2005.

No prizes for guessing that our local rivals Leeds won't be favourites among Wednesday fans to bag promotion, but we want to see your views on the League One play-offs, and who'll be replacing Leicester City in this division next term.

Southend arent that good and have quite a small squad, they'll do what they just did, come up and go back down again. Dont have any real quality players except for maybe Barnard. Carlisle are very inconsistant but have good players, Doncaster are OK and will add a bit of rivalry but the rivals we dont want to play again is Leeds, hope successive relegations sees them blow up. =]
