Well, it seems that Wednesday fans got what they wanted (see previous Vital poll!) and will welcome South Yorkshire rivals Doncaster Rovers to the Championship next season.
Rovers beat Leeds United in the all-Yorkshire League One Play-Off at Wembley today (Sunday), thanks to a goal from James Hayter at the start of the second half, sending the red and white half of Wembley home with a smile on their face.
And no doubt Owls' fans will be looking forward to their first ever trip to Rovers' new Keepmoat Stadium next season, hopefully with a repeat of the 4-0 drubbing they dished out to Doncaster the last time they travelled there.
Wednesday's other result against Rovers when they last met was when the Owls achieved promotion from League One, with a 2-0 victory at Hillsborough.
