'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Frankie Goes To Lilleshall

..and Francis goes with him, in a bid to speed their recovery in time for the upcoming season.

Messrs Simek and Jeffers miss out on the pre-season tour of Holland, as their ankle injuries receive treatment at the renowned FA Medical Centre.

Boss Brian Laws told Radio Sheffield: 'That work is very controlled but is 9 to 5, which is what they need. We think this will speed their recovery and hopefully when we return they will be ready for the next level.'

Interesting that the 'Simek To [insert name of Premiership club here]' rumours continue, even though the 23 year old defender is spending a major part of the close season recuperating from last term's injury. If he's worth 4 million to Aston Villa crocked, how much is he worth when fit? We've been listening to those rumours for nigh on a year, though.

Lets hope this works and gets them ready for the start of the season. Would be nice to have our best 11 on the pitch from the start!
will it ever happen
Best right back outside the premiership?? When we go up he'll be the best IN the premiership and make Arsene regret letting him go! Get fit soon frankie, your clubs needs you. Any chance of the takeover happen sometime soon, it's nearly Christmas, how come other clubs get taken over in days/weeks yet with us its months/years, I suppose it is Wednesday after all! it better happen otherwise uncle fester will get some stick.
