Under 18s well beaten by strong Blackburn side

Wednesday`s youngsters suffered a second consecutive 4-1 defeat, falling victims to a dominant Blackburn Rovers side.

A goal from Richard Stirrup had put the Owls level after a Tom Hitchcock strike had given Rovers the lead. However, Michael Hall, Michael Potts and Josh Morris added to the Premier League club's tally to give them a comfortable win.

As their learning curve continues, the Owls will now be looking to regroup ahead of their clash with Liverpool next week. Kick off is at 12pm at Middlewood Road.
