Yoga To End Owls Injury Worries?

Owls boss Paul Sturrock is to introduce yoga lessons as part of a new training regime at the club.

The Owls have been plagued with injuries this season, and the Scot says he will try anything to overcome the current injury crisis at the club.

Sturrock told the Sheffield Star: 'I'm just searching, just chipping away and trying to find possible ways of helping to overcoming our injury front.'

The lessons are part of a new regime which will see players going to the club's Middlewood Training Ground for a light breakfast before commencing training at the later time of 10:15am.

Sturrock hopes an organised breakfast will mean players will eat properly before training, and have longer to warm up before the session begins.

Brighter idea than it might seem. Complete stretching and relaxatiuon of the body and mind without all the jarring and stress rekated to conventional exercise.
