Wednesday boss Brian Laws has revealed that he'll sit down with the Owls board and discuss his future at the next meeting amid rumours linking him with a return to Nottingham Forest.
Former Forest right-back Laws, who arrived at S6 in November 2006, has been linked with the manager's post at the City Ground following Forest's poor start to the season which sees them sitting in the bottom three.
Their start has heaped the pressure on boss Colin Calderwood, though a win at Crystal Palace in midweek eased that pressure, and Laws is the man rumoured as being considered by Forest as a potential replacement for the Scot.
But Laws has played down the talk, telling BBC Radio Sheffield: 'I think everybody's put two and two together as I'm a former Forest player.
'Everybody knows my situation here, and I know the board are trying to look at this in the next meeting.'
He added: 'It's not just my contract there are several others that need to be addressed, so that's something they'll have to look at.'
