Search For First Win Continues For Young Owls
Following two more narrow defeats for the Under 18s, McAuley's youngsters go into the weekend fixture against Newcastle in the worst of form.
A 2-1 defeat at the hands of the perennial strugglers Barnsley was followed by a 1-0 loss to Derby, in a game that the Young Owls really could have got something out of.
In Newcastle, they face a revitalised, well funded academy keen to maintain their excellent start to this season. The young Magpies have won seven out of the eleven fixtures so far and sit pretty at the top of the league. It's a very different story for the Owls, they have just three points this season and head into their twelfth game without a win.
Kick off is at 12 at Middlewood Road and for all those not going to Derby, get down there and support the boys!
