'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Congratulations, JoC!

Saturday proved a double celebration for Owls midfielder James O'Connor with his wife giving birth to his first child just hours after the Owls' derby day victory.

Former Burnley midfielder O'Connor was part of the side that completed a Steel City double over rivals Sheffield United with a 2-1 victory at Bramall Lane.

The midfielder drove over to his hometown of Warrington immediately after the victory to be with his wife, who gave birth to his first child in the early hours of Sunday morning.

All at Vital Sheffield Wednesday pass on our congratulations to JoC!
