Owls Linked With Norwich Midfielder

It's not even the end of the season - but the summer moves transfer mill is already in full swing, and it's no exception for Wednesday.

The Owls have been one of a number of clubs linked with the services of Norwich City's captain Mark Fotheringham.

The midfielder is expected to leave Carrow Road whether the Canaries stay up or not come the end of the season.

The former Celtic trainee has enjoyed an indifferent spell with City, and with his contract up come the end of the season Norwich would command no fee for their skipper.

And Wednesday have been named alongside Championship rivals Preston North End to sign him up for nothing in the close season.
