Vote For Your Goal Of The Season

Our second end of season poll - Goal Of The Season. What to vote for? A sparkling team effort or a stunning individual strike? You decide.

Here are the candidates, a large proportion of which went past Paddy Kenny, nominated by Vital SWFC forum members over the course of the last couple of weeks.

Steve Watson vs Blunts, 19/10/08
Tommy Spurr vs Blunts, 07/02/09
Marcus Tudgay vs Blunts, 07/02/09
Leon Clarke vs Palace, 01/11/08
Tommy Spurr vs Fulham, 03/01/09
Leon Clarke (1st) vs Burnley, 28/02/09

The poll is running right now on the forum and will close at midnight on Sunday the 10th - make your vote count!

Clarke's goals at Burnley were a personal favourite, but I think it has to be Tudgay's strike at Bacon Lane. Just for the clown who stands up as if it's going wide. Come to think of it...what does Bladesforlife look like?

There is only one winner here and that's Tudders against the pigs, although we have scored some quality goals this season!
will it ever happen

It's a no-brainer! Tudgays goal against the pigs has to win. On a separate point, how many of you thought JJ's shot against Cardiff was gonna hit the top row of the Kop? Couldn't believe it when it went in.
