'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wednesday To Face Cobblers

Wednesday have added fixtures against Northampton Town and Hartlepool United to their close season friendly calendar.

The Owls had already announced a trip to Malta for a training camp and two friendly matches, with sources at Vital also revealing that two home matches were to take place.

And the club have now revealed a trip to Hartlpool United on Tuesday, July 21 will be followed by a trip to Sixfields to take on Northampton Town on Tuesday, July 28.

The annual fixture at Stocksbridge Park Steels has been penned in for Wednesday, July 22, with a select eleven set to play.

The two home matches - on Saturday, July 25 and Saturday, August 8 have yet to be announced.
