Owls Confirm Hull Date

Wednesday have confirmed one of their home pre-season friendly fixtures will be against Premier League side Hull City.

Brian Laws' men will have two home friendly fixtures this close season, opposed to the traditional one a week before the start of the season.

The Tigers will visit S6 on Saturday, July 25 with a 3pm kick-off.

Wednesday have also confirmed that another Premier League opponent will be announced 'within the next 24 hours' to face at S6 on Saturday, August 1 - the week before the start of the new Championship season.

What a surprise to see the biggest self publicist in football managent at the top of this story. If the size of this guy's talent was half as big as his ego, regaldless of bdget, Hull would be world beaters!

cant be that bad a manager can he got hull into the premiership

I never said that he's bad, just not as great as he thinks. I would not swap BL for him, as thankfully I do believe we have a guy that lives in the real world. At least our players get the credit they deserve!

i like brian laws i think he is a decent manager the best we have had for a long while (it's not hard to beat the lot we have had in the last 10 years) phil brown knows hand on heart they were lucky to escape going straight back down so he is entitled to live it up because when they go back down they wont come up again

HAVE to agree dobby don't like the guy and his nockoff suits..why don't we ever play a big prem team pre season always small teams. i never even see the goals over here
