League Manager Changes Continue

The Championship managerial merry-go-round continues at full pace today at Owls' rivals Watford, Reading and Swansea City.

The 2009-10 campaign may only be a matter of weeks old but club's are moving fast to get their respective managers in place before the start of pre-season training.

Watford are looking for a new man at the helm after Brendon Rodgers left the club in a £1m compensation deal which is set to see him succeed Steve Coppell at Reading.

Rodgers, a former Reading man, had been at Vicarage Road for less than a year but is already moving ship, leaving the Hornets with a gap to fill in the coming weeks.

Another manager who could be moving to pastures new is Swansea City boss Roberto Martinez, who has been given permission to talk to Premier League outfit Wigan Athletic.

Martinez is a former Latics player and could be tempted with a move to the top flight in succeeding Steve Bruce at Wigan.
