Owls Prepare For Malta Clashes

Wednesday boss Brian Laws and his squad arrived in Malta this weekend to prepare to kick-off their pre-season schedule with a number of friendly matches.

The Owls squad have taken the trip out with a number of Owls fans to the sun, and will train in the hot conditions before playing their first matches on Monday, and finishing with a on Thursday.

Owls new boys Darren Purse and Tommy Miller will be part of the squad, and Laws and his troops will no doubt be using the trip as a team bonding exercise as well as vital on-pitch preparation for the forthcoming campaign.

And travelling Wednesdayites will be able to rub shoulders with their stars in blue and white over the course of the week, travelling on packages which will see them attend a team barbecue amongst other things.

bradford_owl
nope not heard anything, more rumours today that we want 3m, i love tudgay(ill come out and say it) but i'd snap 3m off em before the inks even dried, if is hearts not in it we'd be much better off with 3m anyway. I know theres probably one maybe two more reliable sources than the Daily Star Sunday but it said we're looking at Lee Hughes
