Owls Fans To Decide Kop Band Fate

Owls Fans To Decide Kop Band Fate

Wednesday season ticket holders are being given the chance to vote on the future of the famous Kop Band at Hillsborough matches.

The band, who have since gone on to become the England supporters' band thanks to their success in the 90's at S6, returned to Hillsborough last year under the influence of new chairman Lee Strafford.

But the move caused controversy, with some fans not exactly welcoming the band back with open arms.

And Strafford is now giving fans the chance to vote on how the band play at Hillsborough during home matches next season, if at all, as well as their involvement on the club on a day-to-day basis.
