Arsenal Man Leads The Rumours...

Arsenal youngster Jay Emmanuel-Thomas is leading the names linked with bolstering Wednesday's injury-hit attack with a loan move to Hillsborough.

Owls boss Brian Laws has made a striker the top of his wanted list after injuries to Akpo Sodje and Leon Clarke before the new Championship season even started.

And Emmanuel-Thomas, rated highly as a young one for the future at the Emirates Stadium, is the name leading the way.

Laws had hoped to bag his new loan signing before the Owls' clash at Peterborough United this weekend.

And it could be that an announcement will be made today or tomorrow from S6 - we have our very own Vital spy down at Middlewood Road as I type!

Tell you now without doubt if you get J.E.T in you'll have yourselves one hell of a player. See him play many times, he is strong, tenacious, great engine, very versatile player. pretty play anywhere across the middle, can also play in the hole. He can play in defence as well, but is wasted there. He scores goals, great aerial ability as well in both boxes. One thing.......Dont get used to him as he will return to the Arsenal.... If he plays the full season for you, i reckon he'd get Player of Year.....

You boys should be excited about this. You'll have a future international star on your hands. This kid is a bit special.

I'm like dublin owl, never heard of him. But if Arsenal rate this kid highly then he's definately worth a look at. Agree greeny9, Arsenal owe us one fit David Hirst clone.

We all know that we have no money and to suggest that is is negative to be looking at the young players that top clubs are ready to loan out in order for them to get experience is just plain daft! I have never heard of him either, but if the reports from the gooners are ot be believed, we ought ot be getting excited about this one!
