Former Owl Takes Notts County Role
Former Wednesday defender Michael Johnson has taken a joint caretaker manager role at Notts County following the departure of Ian McParland.
Johnson made 13 league appearances for the Owls during a loan stint from Derby County, impressing Wednesdayites but failing to secure a full deal at Hillsborough.
He returned to Notts County, where he started his career as a trainee, following his time with Derby and was a coach at the League Two club.
But he's been appointed joint caretaker manager alonngside Dave Kevan following the departure of McParland, although County are likely to name his full-time replacement sooner rather than later.
Former England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson has been givenn the task of appointing a new boss at County.
