Owls Fringe Players Look To Impress

Three of Wednesday's fringe players will be looking to impress the Owls management tonight when they feature for the reserve team at West Brom.

Mark Beevers, Etienne Esajas and Francis Jeffers are all part of the squad that's travelled to the West Midlands for the clash with their Baggies counterparts.

And although all three are most likely to be starting on the bench at Ipswich Town this weekend, they'll be keen to impress as they look to break back into first team affairs.

The trio could well give boss Brian Laws plenty of food for thought for the trip to Portman Road, which is live on Sky TV this Saturday.

The line-up for the clash with Roy Keane's men is far from certain given Wednesday's recent run of results in the Championship.

Check Vital Wednesday later tonight for a result and match details from the clash with the Baggies.
