Sturrock To Return To Wednesday

Former Wednesday boss Paul Sturrock will return to Hillsborough next Tuesday as a special guest when the Owls take on Doncaster Rovers in the Championship.

Sturrock, who now has a role at Plymouth Argyle, will return alongside former Owls striker Gary Bannister for the big clash.

The duo will be special guests of the club and will be introduced to what's hoped will be a bumper crowd at S6 for a big South Yorkshire derby against Rovers.

Sturrock guided Wednesday out of League 1 during his first year with the club, helping Wednesday to a play-off final victory over Hartlepool United in Cardiff.

He's one of the most like Owls managers in recent times and his visit to S6 will no doubt give Wednesdayites a big boost for what's set to be a big match.

Who needs Mourinho? We've got Paul Sturrocko!
