Owls Stars To Take Catwalk

Wednesday players will be taking to the catwalk at Hillsborough next month at a special fashion show to launch the new PUMA away kit for next season.

Some of the current playing squad will model the new away strip at the unique show on Tuesday, April 20 at Hillsborough which invites Wednesdayites to attend and purchase the new kit before anyone else.

The event is being staged in partnership with John Lewis and Owls stars will also model a range of menswear from the John Lewis store on the night.

Lorraine Shepherd, Men`s fashion adviser at John Lewis, said: "I can`t wait for people to see the exciting new collections we`re featuring, and also demonstrate how simple, quality tailoring can improve any shape."

SWFC`s Corporate Partnerships Manager, Martin Bouchier, said: "This fashion show at Hillsborough will be a great way for supporters to get their hands on the Owls new away kit before anyone else and see some of their heroes in a rare outing on the catwalk. It should be a really fun night so we look forward to hosting John Lewis and our supporters for this unique event."

Tickets for the event are priced £10 for adults and £2 for children and a buffet will also be available, as well as the chance to wina new shirt signed by the first team.

The new kit is officially launched on Saturday, April 24.

Well it appears the pessimist's are out again in force. I prefer to stay positive and believe we can still do the neccesary to stay in this division, if not i will do my moaning when the worst is inevitable. Come on lads three points at home tomorrow against the hornets and we are back on the right track. How good would it be to guarantee championship status against the pigs on home soil? UTO
