Miller Injury Fear For Owls

Wednesday midfielder Tommy Miller could be missing for the majority of the Owls' relegation run-in.

The former Ipswich Town man was forced off through a calf injury in the first-half of Wednesday's 2-1 victory against Watford last week.

He missed the 1-1 stalemate at Coventry City on Saturday.

And Owls boss Alan Irvine has revealed that the injury 'doesn't look good' and that he's expected to be sidelined for 'a few weeks' following scans.

It's a blow for Wednesday following Miller's impressive showings since returning to first team action recently.

But he could well feature before the end of the campaign, and Irvine will be keeping everything crossed that he does so.
