'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Boing Boing Baggies!

It's desperate, it's last chance saloon, but all Wednesdayites will be cheering on West Brom tonight when they face Crystal Palace in a crucial match at the bottom of the Championship.

Victory for the Eagles would secure their Championship status and send Wednesday back to League 1 come 9.45pm tonight going into the last game of the season.

Three points for Watford on Saturday sealed their safety and a 3-2 defeat for Wednesday at Cardiff City put Palace's fate in their own hands.

With West Brom already having secured promotion to the Premier League the Baggies could well already be in 'holiday mode' going into the game.

But with two former Owls in their ranks in Scott Carson and Chris Brunt, Owls fans will be hoping the Baggies put in a good performance at Selhurst Park and at least leave Wednesday with a fighting chance on the last day of the season.

So for one night and one night only, come on you Baggies!

It's our own hands now. Thanks WBA for doing us a massive favour. The goal line clearance in the last seconds was phenomenal. Come on Wednesday one last big effort needed on Sunday.

lucky lucky wendy!!! you have to be the luckiest club on earth!!! first of all you have survived this far purely because palace had 10 points deducted otherwise you would have been down weeks ago, that goal line clearence in the last 10 seconds could only happen to you lot and then another bit of luck as danns can't play at the sty. typical lucky lucky wendy....don't know how you manage it i really don't....if you don't beat palace at swillsborough then there is something wrong.
