Owls-Palace Set For BBC

Wednesday's Championship relegation decider against Crystal Palace on Sunday is expected to be announced for live coverage on the BBC.

The BBC still has one final match to cover in the Football League this season, on the final day of the season this Sunday, and the Owls' vital home clash against the Eagles is expected to be announced today.

Vital Wednesday understood last week that the match was the front-runner to be selected for coverage.

The automatic promotion places have already been decided and only two teams - Blackpool and Swansea City - can achieve the final play-off spot.

And Blackpool's clash against Bristol City has been selected for live coverage on Sky Sports.

So, as well as being a full house at S6 this Sunday, there's set to be even more pressure added for both sides with the TV cameras also in attendance.

Great, not been too good on TV matches this season, hopefully redress that on Sunday with a fantastic performance and more importantly 3 points. When was the last time the owls were live on poor mans tele??

The Nation will see the Mighty Wednesday fans roar us on to victory in a packed out World Cup venue. A reminder to the country of the sleeping giants at Hillsboro.

Don't think the nation are as obsessed with us as you are BFL. I think you are a Wednesday fan really. Admit it. Go on - come out of the closet for the second time in your life.
