Wednesday Name Friendly Line-Ups

Wednesday Name Friendly Line-Ups

Wednesday have announced their line-ups for the two friendly fixtures on Tuesday night against Hallam FC and Stocksbridge Park Steels.

Alan Irvine and his new-look squad face their first friendly matches on home soil following their opening pre-season match in Austria at the weekend.

It'll give Wednesdayites the first chance to see the club's summer arrivals in action.

The Owls boss has pretty much split the senior squad down the middle for the local clashes.

The starting eleven to face Hallam tomorrow will be: Jameson, Buxton, Purse, Barnett, Spurr, Teale, Miller, Coke, Boden, Heffernan, Tudgay.

The eleven to face Stocksbridge has been confirmed as: O'Donnell, Otsemobor, Hinds, Beevers, Jones, Sedgwick, O'Connor, Potter, Palmer, Mellor, Johnson.

Both matches kick-off at 7.45pm and Irvine will take charge of the side at Hallam, while assistant boss Rob Kelly will watch the side at Stocksbridge.
