Moke On Trial With Wednesday

Former Nottingham Forest player Adriano Moke played for the Owls in their 6-1 friendly triumph against Stocksbridge Park Steels last night.

The midfielder, released by Forest, was a last-minute addition to Rob Kelly's squad for the fixture, replacing Liam Palmer.

Kelly will now have discussions with Owls boss Alan Irvine over the midfielder's performance in the match.

Moke, 20, arrived on trial at Hillsborough from the Glenn Hoddle Academy - set up to get former Premier League and Football League players back into the professional game.

Don't know anything about him. Glenn Hoddle's academy sounds like a good idea though.
