YOUR SAY: Our Best Summer Signing

Alan Irvine has all-but completed his new-look squad ahead of the npower League One campaign, and we want to know who you think is out best signing of the summer.

The Owls boss has so-far brought in eight new arrivals to bolster his squad ahead of the new season, and there could be more to follow with Youl Mawene's name linked with a move to Hillsborough.

And the signings have gone down well amongst Wednesdayites who are now eager for the 2010-11 campaign to begin.

But who do you think is the best summer arrival so far?

That's what we're asking in our latest Vital Poll as the season draws ever closer.

Clinton Morrison's arrival certainly went down well with Owls fans, while Sheffield-born Chris Sedgwick looks set to be a fans' favourite.

The capture of Gary Teale was certainly a good one, for this level at the very least, while Giles Coke arrives from the SPL with a good reputation north of the border.

Jon Otsemobor, Neil Mellor, Daniel Jones and Paul Heffernan have also bolstered the Owls ranks well.

So who's your favourite signing?

Have YOUR SAY now in the Vital poll, or on our ever-growing forums.

I have a sneeky feeling Sedgwick will be one of the better ones, as for the forwards I think Mellor will be our top scorer, but all in all it looks very positive, but hey, every season I feel optimistic about what we are going to do and who we have added.

ask again in may signed some quality for this division but we have some good youth products who may shine this season.

I'd say Morrison at the moment, but you never know. He might turn out to be a disappointment or someone else could be a legend. I've heard good things about Coke and Jones.

Be easier to answer come Christmas then again in May. I'm pleased we got Mellor I think he'll do well. Hopefully Coke can be our strong centre mid who will get better as the season goes on.

Surprised Teale hasn't got more of a mention. Him or Morrison for me
