Officials Revealed For Owls Opener

The match officials for Wednesday's opening game of the 2010-11 npower League One season against Dagenham & Redbridge have been revealed by the Football League.

Eddie Ilderton, from Tyne and Wear, will be the man in the middle at Hillsborough on Saturday when the Owls kick-off their new campaign.

Ilderton was a referee throughout the Football League last season, refereeing in the Championship, League One and League Two.

In his 34 games last term he dished out 85 yellow cards and five red cards, two red cards being dished out in the FA Cup clash between Blackpool and Ipswich Town.
