COMPLETED DEAL: DJ Campbell has finally completed his move to Premier League side Blackpool from Leicester. With half an hour to go before the close of the transfer window - this surely means Marcus Tudgay will remain an Owl for the time being.

COMPLETED DEAL: As expected, Brighton have signed Newcastle's Kazenga LuaLua on loan until January.

Still no whispers of Marcus Tudgay moving away from Hillsborough today. Looks like Marcus could be an Owl for some time yet, at least.

RUMOUR: A rumour, but a wild one at that - former Aston Villa and England striker Darius Vassell to Notts County? Crazy talk on the 606 forums, I think, but stranger things have happened...

ALMOST DONE: Rochdale look set to lose defender Craig Dawson to West Brom for £600,000, but he could well be loaned back to the Spotland side for the rest of the season. http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/sport/football/rochdale/s/1315494_dawson_set_for_west_brom_move

That Kazenga Lua Lua would be a good signing. Think we need someone with pace out wide who can cross. Maybe we could get a young Prem player on loan.

Get our own jet heeled winger back fit and we'll be fine, if only he could cross! Mind u neither lennon nor walcott are the best crossers of the ball and JJ isn't in their league...literally.
