Owls To Face Southport in FA Cup

Wednesday have been drawn away at Blue Square Premier side Southport in the first round of the FA Cup

The draw for the first round proper was made this afternoon following the completion of yesterday's fourth qualifying round clashes.

And the Owls will travel to the seaside to take on Southport on the weekend of Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7.

The clash could be one of the matches chosen for live television coverage but full details have yet to be confirmed.

Very true, i'd like to think we can beat the mighty southport but you never know.
