Owls' FA Cup Clash Set For TV

Wednesday's FA Cup first round clash at Southport next month is set to be picked for live television coverage.

The Owls' trip to the seaside, scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, November 6-Sunday, November 7, was expected to pick up the live cameras as one of the ties of the round.

The date and time of the clash is yet to be confirmed but the official Southport website has tonight announced that the match is to be screened live on television.

There is no official announcement on the Wednesday website or elsewhere.

But the official Southport website informs supporters to check back tomorrow, Tuesday, for further details.

Neutrals will no doubt be rooting for the Blue Square Premier side to cause one, if not the, upsets of the competition so far.
