Owls Duo In Team Of The Week

Owls Duo In Team Of The Week

Wednesday duo Neil Mellor and Gary Teale have been rewarded for their top form at MK Dons at the weekend by being included in the official npower League One team of the week.

Mellor was an obvious candidate, having netted a hat-trick in the Owls' stunning 4-1 victory at Stadium:mk on Saturday - his second hat-trick in three games.

Teale also played his part in creating them on the wing, and was rewarded with his spot in the team.

Wednesday, who inflicted a first home league defeat of the season on Karl Robinson's men, are the only side to have more than one player selected in team.

The full team is:

Dean Brill (Oldham)
Richard Duffy (Exeter)
Jose Fonte (Southampton)
Ian Goodison (Tranmere)
Michael Rose (Swindon)
Matt Richards (Walsall)
Marcus Bean (Brentford)
Johnnie Jackson (Charlton)
Gary Teale (Wednesday)
Chris Wood (Brighton)
Neil Mellor (Wednesday)
