Owls Trio Return At Huddersfield

The teams news is in from the Galpharm Stadium and Wednesday boss Alan Irvine has made three changes to the side that fell to a heavy defeat at Exeter last time out.

Right-back Jon Otsemobor is a surprise starter after recovering from an injury to replace Daniel Jones in defence, while James O'Connor and Neil Mellor also both return to the starting eleven.

O'Connor replaces Darren Potter in midfield, while Mellor takes the place of Chris Sedgwick, who also drops to the bench.

Mellor will partner Clinton Morrison in attack for the Owls.

Huddersfield: Smithies, Peltier, Ridehalgh, P Clarke, Kay, Roberts, Pilkington, Kilbane, Arfield, Rhodes, Novak. Subs: Bennett, McCombe, Lee, Afobe, T Clarke, Gudjonsson, Carey.

Owls: Weaver, Otsemobor, Purse, Beevers, Spurr, Teale, O'Connor, Miller, Johnson, Morrison, Mellor. Subs: Jameson, Hinds, Jones, Potter, Palmer, Sedgwick, Heffernan.
