Megson Names Unchanged Owls Line-Up

Owls boss Gary Megson has stuck with the same starting eleven that held Bournemouth to a 0-0 draw in midweek for today's League One clash at Carlisle.

Megson was impressed with his side's performance at Dean Court against a side gunning for promotion, and has rewarded his troops for the long trip to Brunton Park.

It means striker Gary Madine will face his former club and midfielder Tommy Miller will retain the captain's armband.

Former Wednesday defender Frank Simek will start for the hosts in his usual right-back position.

Carlisle: Collin, Simke, Livesey, Murphy, Robson, Taiwo, Zoko, Marshall, Curran, Noble, Berrett. Subs: Borrowdale, Loy, Madden, Caig, McKenna, Wells, Gbarssin.

Wednesday: Weaver, Hinds, Johnson, Beevers, Spurr, Osbourne, Palmer, Teale, Sedgwick, Miller, Madine. Subs: Jameson, M Morrison, Jones, Potter, C Morrison, Mellor, Heffernan.
