Osbourne to face Owls with Leeds

Former Wednesday loanee Isaiah Osbourne will return to face his former club this weekend when he plays as a trialist for Leeds United.

Osbourne played ten games for the Owls last season on-loan from Aston Villa but will turn out at Hillsborough for the Elland Road club this weekend looking to earn a deal following his release from Villa Park.

Leeds boss Simon Grayson included Osbourne, and two other trailists in Jlloyd Samuel and Alexandre Mendy, a French winger, in the Whites' friendly at Rochdale in midweek.

He's set to make a decision on the trio following this weekend's game at Hillsborough (Saturday, kick-off 1pm).

Was Osbourne any good at Wednesday ???

Showed glimpses but wasn't consistent, even though he only had ten games with us.

I predict a full-blooded 50/50 tackle with Prutton at some point in the game - even though it's a friendly!
