Demand high for beam-back tickets

Wednesday have opened the Grandstand for beam-back tickets after seats for the South Stand lower sold out this week.

Demand has been high for Hillsborough seats to watch this Sunday's first Steel City derby of the season, taking place at Bramall Lane, after tickets for the away end at S2 were sold out within days.

Over 1,000 tickets for the beam-back were sold on Monday, hot-on-the-heels of Wednesday's 3-1 victory over Chesterfield at the weekend, with almost 8,000 tickets snapped up.

Owls fans are now being urged to buy their tickets sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.

The large screens will be placed along the Hillsborough pitch screening the derby, with tickets prices at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.

They can be purchased on the official website at www.swfc.co.uk/tickets or in person at the Owls Megastore.
