Owls eyes on The Valley tonight

Wednesday may not be in action tonight but all eyes will be on The Valley as the Owls' promotion rivals, Charlton Athletic and Huddersfield Town, go head-to-head.

Gary Megson's men moved into the automatic promotion spots in npower League One on Saturday thanks to their 1-0 victory over Leyton Orient at Hillsborough but anything other than a defeat for Huddersfield tonight would see the Owls drop out of the top two.

If Lee Clark's men managed to continue their superb unbeaten run of form then they'll leapfrog back above the Owls into second.

Victory for runaway leaders Charlton would see Town's much publicised unbeaten run come to an end and see the Owls remain in second place with two weeks at least, with next weekend dedicated to FA Cup action.
