Owls pair included in Team of the Week

Wednesday duo Jose Semedo and Jermaine Johnson have been included in the latest npower League One Team of the Week.

Johnson scored a screamer to get the Owls on level terms en route to their vital 2-1 win over Yeovil Town at the weekend, while Semedo gave his usual fully-committed performance in the heart of the Owls' midfield.

The Wednesday links didn't stop there. Former Owls Drew Talbot, now at Chesterfield, and Frank Simek, now at Carlisle United, were both included in the eleven.

Jamie McCombe, a Huddersfield Town player but who is a big Wednesday fan, was named in the defence.

Full team: David Martin (MK Dons), Frank Simek (Carlisle), Gary MacKenzie (MK Dons), Jamie McCombe (Huddersfield), Ben Parker (Carlisle), Drew Talbot (Chesterfield), Gareth Ainsworth (Wycombe), Jose Semedo (Wednesday), Jermaine Johnson (Wednesday), Matthew Whichelow (Wycombe), Kallum Higginbotham (Huddersfield)
