Former Owls set for Wembley duel

Former Owls set for Wembley duel

Former Wednesday players John Sheridan and Paulo Di Canio are set to go head-to-head at Wembley when they lead Chesterfield and Swindon Town out in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final.

Di Canio's Town beat Barnet 1-0 last night to win 2-1 on aggregate in the southern area final and book their place at the home of English football for the final of the Football League Trophy.

They'll join League One opponents Chesterfield, managed by Sheridan, in the final after the Spireites defeated Oldham Athletic over two legs in the northern area final.

The final will take place on Sunday, March 25.
