Batth and Antonio make team of week

Wednesday pair Danny Batth and Michail Antonio have made the npower League 1 Team of the Weeks thanks to their performances against Bournemouth at the weekend.

Both players scored inside the first ten minutes as Dave Jones secured his second win on the spin as Owls boss with a 3-0 win over Bournemouth at Hillsborough.

Batth, on-loan from Premier League side Wolves, has excelled throughout the season in the heart of Wednesday's defence while Antonio's arrival on-loan from Reading has added extra edge to the Owls' attacking play.

Batth partners Sheffield United's Matthew Hill as centre-back in this week's npower League 1 team.

Full team: Sam Slocombe (Scunthorpe), Mathias Doumbe (MK Dons), Danny Batth (Owls), Matthew Hill (Blades), Dean Lewington (MK Dons), Michail Antonio (Owls), Liam Noble (Carlisle), Alan Judge (Notts County), Gavin Williams (Yeovil), Lee Miller (Carlisle), Jonathan Forte (Notts County).
