'If It's Football, It's Vital'
Owls to play Sporting Lisbon friendly
Wednesday will take on Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon as part of their pre-season programme this summer.
Sporting, the former club of Owls midfielder Jose Semedo and Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo, will take on the Owls in Albufeira on Sunday, July 22.
Dave Jones, the Wednesday manager, will take his side to Portugal for a pre-season training camp in July.
As well as a clash with Sporting, the Owls will also take on Premier League new-boys Reading two days later in Portugal on Tuesday, July 24.
