Owls to receive huge backing at Derby

Wednesday will be supported by around 6,000 Owls fans for the opening Championship fixture at Derby County.

The match may still be a fortnight away by the away allocation for Pride Park has already been snapped-up by excited Wednesdayites.

Wednesday have traditionally been backed by a good following against the Rams and it'll be no different this time - especially with the Owls back in the Championship following a two-season absence.

Great to see the long-distance fans picking up from where they left off. I have a very good feeling about this season and sure hope you're right about Antonio, ecco owl. Now if they'd only schedule a few games in Iowa... I'd be pleased as punch! WTID
