Owls to host Fulham in League Cup

Wednesday have been drawn at home against Premier League side Fulham in the second round of the Capital One Cup.

The draw took place this lunchtime and will give Dave Jones and his men a tough test to continue their progression in the competition.

The Owls booked their place in the hat for the draw thanks to a come-from-behind 4-2 victory at Oldham Athletic on Monday night.

The Fulham clash will take place in the week commencing Monday, August 27 with a definite date yet to be finalised.
