Owls take former Reading man on trial
Wednesday are taking a look at former Reading striker Mathieu Manset on trial.
The 23-year-old Frenchman played in a behind-closed-doors friendly match against Blackpool at Middlewood Road this week and scored in a 4-2 win.
Manset was made a free agent by Swiss club Sion, who signed him from Premier League Reading last summer, and the Owls are weighing-up their options over a move for the forward.
He will stay on trial with a club for a few days and Owls boss Dave Jones will make a decision on his future.
