FA Cup Third Round Draw

It's one of the major calendar events of the season - the draw for the third round of the prestigious FA Cup - and it takes place this Sunday afternoon!

Wednesday will find out who they play in the third round of the FA Cup this Sunday as the draw is made live on the BBC at 3.15pm following the televised clash between Salisbury City and Nottingham Forest.

And Owls fans should be looking out for number 34 being drawn - with a key selection of other teams the Owls could face being:

1. Arsenal
3. Barnsley
10. Chelsea
19. Leeds United
21. Liverpool
24. Manchester United
33. Sheffield United

The Third round ties have been scheduled for the weekend of the 6th and 7th of January - with Owls chairman Dave Allen already highlighting the importance of the competition to the club - so let's hope for an easy tie, hey?

chelsea or man.u would be great for a day out and money wise, but a cup derby would just be amazing!
