'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bullen: By The Book

What's blue and white and read all over? Lee Bullen's new book of course...Which is being written as we speak - and Vital Sheffield Wednesday needs YOUR help to complete it!

Wednesdayites are being asked to re-live their best memories of the Owls captain during his time in the famous blue and white stripes - whether they be on the pitch or off it - for inclusion in the book.

It's still at an early stage as yet with no set title - but it will cover his whole career as a professional footballer from his time with the Owls and Dunfermline aswell as his playing days in Hong Kong, Australia and Greece.

The expected release date has been pencilled in for the second half of 2007 - hopefully with his improved form of late earning him an extended contract at Hillsborough.

Anyone who can help out with any stories about 'Bully' can send them to steve@cradleyspeedway.co.uk - keep checking Vital Sheffield Wednesday for any further developments.

I can't wait to read this. He may not be in the same league as Hirst, Waddle Sheridan etc, but he's definately a modern day legend for us! Plus he's played all over the world!

Will it include him lifting the championship play-off trophy or will it be published too late for that?
