9 Points For Wednesday To Play For (21/4/17)

Sheffield Wednesday have only 9 points left to play for in this year's battle in the Championship.

With the games dwindling down now at the real business end of the campaign as Sheffield Wednesday find themselves heading towards the end of May, sitting in fifth place in the Championship table having eeked ahead of Fulham by two points, the aim now is to simply stay there.

We continue to sit three points behind Huddersfield Town in fourth place and the Play Off battle will certainly be eased by closing that gap and getting ourselves hopefully one place higher at least and if we can extend our four wins on the spin, climbing into third isn't out of the question either.

With the recent run of four wins it's certainly been the turn in form required after earlier wobbles and if that continues now until the end of the season and into the Play Off games - well we are the team in form looking to Play Off promotion and momentum always counts at Wembley.
